You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase for any plan. All plans are one-time purchases with no recurring billing.

Desktop App

The desktop app comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us from your dashboard or email refunds@chesscalculator.com with your account email and reason for the refund. We process refunds within 5 business days.

Cryptocurrency Refunds

Since payments are processed via Cryptomus in cryptocurrency, refunds will be issued in the original cryptocurrency at the current exchange rate, or as a USD-equivalent credit.
